Pickup (no delivery, baby)

By placing an order with Naked Cakes, you agree that all items are pickup only: no delivery and no cake teleportation. Orders must be picked up on the confirmed date and time.

If you can't make it, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can adjust our baking schedule (we don't just snap our fingers and cake appears).

Missed pickups or last-minute cancellations (less than 48h)? These may result in: no refunds (obviously), restrictions on future orders (aka, we might ghost you), and your cake being eaten by our team out of spite (jk… kinda).

Refunds (aka the no-takebacks clause)

All our treats are freshly made, perishable, and baked with a whole lotta love, which means we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been picked up.

Think something's gone wrong? Don't panic, but don't wait either. Contact us within 24 hours of pickup with a clear description of the issue and photo evidence (no blurry drama please).

We'll assess the situation (we're fair but not fools) and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement item or a store credit. Or if it's all good on our side… no action. Claims made after 24 hours = no cake justice.
